Medix has an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, results-driven, and process-minded Marketing Project Manager.
This role is critical in ensuring marketing and cross-functional projects are delivered not just on time but with excellence. Serving as the connective tissue across internal teams (Growth, Product, Brand, and Technology) and external agency partners.
Reporting directly to our Growth Marketing Manager and working closely with the CMO, this role is ideal for a project leader who thrives in high-growth, high-collaboration environments and can implement scalable systems to bring structure while protecting the creative process.
End-to-End Project Management & Operational Excellence

Lead marketing initiatives from intake and planning through execution, launch, and post-campaign optimization.

Build and scale intelligent project management systems using AI-driven workflows, automated intake processes, dashboards, templates, and workflow frameworks.

Implement sprint-based workflows and lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure projects stay on track and stakeholders remain informed.

Manage team workflows, prioritization, and resource allocation to balance business objectives, deadlines, and team capacity.

Monitor project health, delivery timelines, team velocity, and KPI performance, including on-time launches, cycle-time reduction, and resource utilization.

Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependency conflicts, escalating issues with actionable solutions and recommendations.

Serve as the internal expert on Monday.com and additional marketing platforms, and provide training, troubleshooting, reporting, and process optimization.

Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure deliverables are aligned with brand standards, timelines, and strategic goals.

Drive adoption and uphold adherence of team processes and workflows through documentation, training, change management, and continuous refinement based on team feedback and performance data.

Regularly craft presentations and videos to showcase team projects.

Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot sequences, workflows, automations, and campaign operations to support lead generation and customer engagement with guidance and partnership from the Growth Marketing Manager.

Partner with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign execution, reporting, and operational efficiency within HubSpot.

Navigate reporting and new features to make suggestions on optimizations

Website

Own day-to-day website production tasks, including page creation, launches, updates, QA, and ongoing site maintenance, with support and direction

Coordinate across marketing, design, content, and development teams to ensure website deliverables are accurate, optimized, and delivered on schedule.

Support website performance optimization, user experience improvements, and alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
Additional Duties: Jump in where needed to support special initiatives, and CMO quarterly presentation development.
Experience

3–5 years of experience managing and executing marketing projects and campaigns

Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Skilled in stakeholder communication, workflow optimization, and performance tracking

Passionate about leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve marketing efficiency

Experienced in using data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making
