WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e. job boards, networking groups, social media, etc.)

• Maintain and develop relationships with potential qualified candidates via phone and email communications

• Gain hands-on experience with our recruiting process including: sourcing for, initially interviewing and selecting candidates for open reqs, and inputting all candidate experience into our internal applicant tracking system (ATS);

• Participate in national and divisional conference call series with members of the leadership team

• Engage in Recruiter & Account Executive calls and huddles

• Compete in nationwide fall semester intern competitions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven desire and ability to take initiative

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

• Interest in working in a sales driven culture with visible KPIs
