This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office, 2 days remote. We are looking for someone who is local to either Chicago or Nashville. Individuals earn uncapped commission, quarterly bonuses, and more! This role would also include mentoring and training of our entry level IT recruiters across the country. We are very interested in someone with a few years of strong technical recruitment experience, specifically within staffing. The areas that we focus on are - Infrastructure, Information Security, BA/PM, Data Analytics/BI, Software Development, ERP/CRM, and Cloud Computing, preference given to a candidate who has recruited specifically in this space.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e. job boards, networking groups, social media, etc.)
• Assess candidates through phone screening, interviewing, skills testing, and reference checks
• Maintain and develop relationships with potential qualified candidates via phone and email communications
• Serve as point of contact for candidates and clients by resolving any issues that may arise
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas
• Obtain and generate sales leads and set new meetings with potential clients
