Job description

Here at Medix, we are dedicated to providing workforce solutions to clients representing a variety of industries. Our employees live out our core purpose of "Positively Impacting Lives" by connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities. This is a staffing sales role, and will be promoted into a B2B Account Executive role after initial Recruitment training. 

What you'll do:
Recruitment | Industry Training
• Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e. job boards, networking groups, social media, etc.)
• Assess candidates through phone screening, interviewing, skills testing, and reference checks
• Maintain and develop relationships with potential qualified candidates via phone and email communications

Sales Training
• Serve as point of contact for candidates and clients by resolving any issues that may arise
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas
• Obtain and generate sales leads and set new meetings with potential clients
• Build strong networks throughout assigned territory by joining associations, networking groups and using social media
• Responsible for assisting in the development of recruiters

What you'll need:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Competitive mindset

• Proven desire and ability to take initiative
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Interest in working in a results driven culture with visible KPIs
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

• Maintaining spread, or profit, by building a book of clients putting awesome talent to work
• Meet weekly, quarterly and yearly KPI's
• Complete role plays with leadership per quarter
